| Microsoft Japan is developing Partner in Learning (PiL) Initiative with ICT Education Consortium (ICTEC). Adding other services like technical support, ICTEC is presenting two of three programs of PiL, Fresh Start for Donated Computers Program as School OS Program and Learning Grants Program as ICT Skill Up Program. |
